Founder
Arthur de Clerck was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007, with a dual degree in law (Université Paris V) and management and finance (Paris 9 Dauphine).
He began his career in a business law firm before moving on to legal management at IBM. In 2016, he founded CLERCK Avocats.
Drawing on his knowledge of the business world, as well as solid experience in providing legal support to companies and their managers, he founded externalegal to offer companies legal support solutions capable of meeting their exact needs.
Joséphine Busnel
Joséphine Busnel is admitted to the Paris Bar (2020) and the New York Bar (2021). She holds a Master's degree in International Business Law and an LLM from Georges Washington University.
Fluently bilingual, Joséphine masters the specificities of common law and is an expert in intellectual property and contract law.
She joined the firm in 2021 to strengthen the team dedicated to supporting our customers in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sectors.
