Founder
Arthur de Clerck was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007, with a dual degree in law (Université Paris V) and management and finance (Paris 9 Dauphine).
He began his career in a business law firm before moving on to legal management at IBM. In 2016, he founded CLERCK Avocats.
Drawing on his knowledge of the business world, as well as solid experience in providing legal support to companies and their managers, he founded externalegal to offer companies legal support solutions capable of meeting their exact needs.

Visibility
Because we believe that billing on an hourly basis is not always conducive to exchanges between the lawyer and the company, and because we understand your need for visibility and your budgetary constraints, our services are billed on a flat-rate subscription basis, except for specific needs.
